Responsibilities:

1: Assist customers by phone and email during 9-hour shifts.

2: Provide guidance on our products/services and resolve issues.

3: Work with your team to improve customer experiences.

4: Keep accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

1: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

2: Problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer needs.

3: Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively.

4: Proficiency in using computers and software.

5: Previous customer service experience is a plus.
