Preferably 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, and in an NBFC or financial services industry, with at least 3 years in the lending business.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Develop, monitor, and update annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze budget variances and recommend corrective actions.
Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit required regulatory reports to relevant authorities, including SECP SCRS reports, FBR tax returns, etc.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company has adequate liquidity to meet its obligations.
- Optimize working capital and manage treasury functions.
Taxation:
- Oversee tax planning and compliance with local tax laws.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
