You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing plans services internationally as well as our clients services as required. This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive knowledge of digital marketing, branding, the latest marketing software, and a proven track record in the BPO/ Software house industry and international markets. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to build and manage their own team, establish our brand globally, and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote services across international markets.
Establish and lead a high-performance digital marketing team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
Design and execute branding strategies to establish Vital Corporate Solutions as a trusted global brand.
Utilize advanced marketing software and tools to optimize digital campaigns and performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the international BPO market.
Manage all aspects of digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising.
Analyze marketing data and KPIs to measure success, provide actionable insights, and refine strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Accounts to ensure marketing alignment with company objectives.
Oversee budget allocation and ROI tracking for all digital marketing activities.Ensure digital marketing practices comply with international regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in the BPO industry and international marketing.
Expertise in branding strategies and establishing brands in competitive global markets.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, automation tools, and other modern marketing technologies.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop high-performing teams and manage complex projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Experience with budget management and performance measurement of digital campaigns.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapt to new challenges.
