Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Effectively manage and coordinate diverse teams including software developers, mobile developers, web developers, designers, and social media marketers. Serve as a liaison between project teams and upper management, facilitating communication and alignment.
Team Leadership: Build and maintain high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and motivation. Clearly communicate project goals, expectations, and timelines. Monitor team performance and provide necessary support and guidance.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations. Proactively identify and address potential issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Risk Management: Assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement contingency measures. Monitor for potential challenges and implement corrective actions as needed.
Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Conduct regular quality checks and implement necessary improvements.
Required Skills
Strong Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with relevant technologies such as React Native, PHP, hybrid mobile applications, and social media platforms.
Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and communicate effectively with technical teams.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to make informed choices under pressure.
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas. Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate project concepts and results.
