We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented Insurance Claim Adjudicators to join our team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing insurance claims, ensuring compliance with all relevant company policies and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess insurance claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Determine claim eligibility based on policy terms and conditions.
- Communicate with clients and providers to gather necessary information.
- Approve or deny claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain detailed records of claims and decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in insurance claims processing or adjudication.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with insurance policies and regulations.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
