The Technical Recruiter is a deadline-focused resource responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical resources to fill the company’s talent acquisition needs. The Technical Recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with senior Developers / Leads / VPs to writing job descriptions, managing onboarding/off boarding, contracts, industry liaison.
Requirements:
- Manage end-to-end hire-to-retire process.
- Manage all hiring needs of the company.
- Write technical/nontechnical job descriptions.
- Develop tests and personality assessment questionnaires.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment & selection function.
- Manage onboarding function.
- Manage all recruitment communication internally & externally.
- Conduct initial interviews as part of the screening process.
- Coordinate and arrange telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Offer job positions and complete all the relevant paperwork.
- Keep track of all applicants and maintain the database.
- Constantly look for talent acquisition opportunities.
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
