    • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  4. Employee Relations:

    • Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist in managing employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  5. Payroll and Attendance:

    • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate salary disbursement.
    • Monitor attendance and leave records, ensuring adherence to policies.
  6. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions.
    • Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
  7. Performance Management:

    • Support performance appraisal processes, including data collection and documentation.
    • Ensure timely communication of feedback and improvement plans.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in HR (preferred).
