We are looking for dynamic and experienced Shift Incharges to join our team and manage production operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the entire production shift, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to address and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain detailed shift reports, including production data, incidents, and downtime analysis.
- Provide leadership and support to the production team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the paper or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and machinery used in the paper industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
