- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with software stock report
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
- Manage stock control and reconcile with software
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
- Maintain Minimum Stock levels of all products.
- Dispatch management.
- Return management.
- Quality Control.
- Ensures effective commodity management and quality control.
- Maintain filing system and ensure documents are archived.
- Support warehouse cleaning, ensuring the environment is free of dirt and dust o Follow all safety codes.
- Any Other assigned by the Manager.
