Looking for someone to take phone calls for an HVAC company that is based in Canada. Most people will call during the hours of 9am to 8pm Canadian pacific time which makes it 8pm to 7am shift in Pakistan. You will be answering questions for people inquiring about AC. They will have questions regarding AC installation and requirements for their house, Then you will have to sell them the product.
You will also get customers that have had their AC installed from before complaining about their newly installed AC.
Must have internet at home, this is a remote position
Training will be provided, should only take a day or two.
Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Must speak fluent English
