As an MTO HR, you will be part of a dynamic HR team, undergoing a comprehensive training program that provides you with hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and HR administration. You will work closely with senior HR professionals and gain exposure to strategic HR initiatives and projects.
