Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bookkeeping and financial records
  • Bank / Vendor/Customer Reconciliation Statement
  • Having Knowledge of sales tax return (federal and Provincial) and withholding tax
  • Assist in audits, tax filings, and reporting
  • Generate and send invoices to clients
  • Track incoming Payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Fulfil any relevant additional duties as required to meet the needs of management.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented and trustworthy
