We are seeking a dedicated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding our client's performance marketing needs, conducting thorough competitor analysis, and developing effective strategies to achieve client goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage and optimize campaigns across various digital platforms.

2. Key Responsibilities:

2.1. Candidate must take an Initiative in his role.

2.2. Understand and analyze client requirements for performance marketing. Conduct detailed competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

2.3. Prepare comprehensive presentations (PPT) for clients, outlining market positions, competitor landscapes, and proposed strategies.

2.4. Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns aligned with approved strategies.

2.5. Continuously monitor campaign performance, optimize as needed, and provide regular performance updates.

2.6. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal management and clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.

2.7. Maintain expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.:

3. Qualification:

3.1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

3.2. Proven experience of 3 years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.

3.3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

3.4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

3.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint for creating client presentations.

3.6. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is a plus.

3.7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

3.8. Certification in Google Ads or similar platforms is preferred.

4. Additional Requirements:

4.1 The salary for the qualified candidates will be PKR 70,000/ to PKR 100,000/

4.2 Uphold strict confidentiality regarding company and client information; no sharing of information without written permission.
