Salary Range:45-50K+ Commission
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in footwear retail management required
Lead daily operations and drive store performance to meet sales targets
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
Handle cash management, reporting, and administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Proven track record in driving sales and managing inventory in a shoe retail environment
Strong knowledge of footwear products, customer trends, and visual merchandising in the shoe industry
