Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotes for customers.
Develop and implement sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
Monitor market trends and competitor’s activities to identify new opportunities.
Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
Maintain accurate client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Track and report sales activities and performance metrics.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales within the printing industry or related sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyse customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
