Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized Supply chain professional to oversee the day-to-day procurement activities in a systematic manner, ensuring appropriate and efficient delivery of the Supply Chain and procurement.

Major responsibilities:

Develop, revamp and implement Supply chain and Procurement policies and procedures to ensure quality assurance, cash flow management, cost effective procurement and excellence of supply chain functions.
Work closely with Engineering and Finance team to ensure smooth flow of transactions and report any concern(s) to management on a timely basis
Ensuring the company has the right products and services available at the right time and price. This includes selecting suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly procurement plan and reports for management decision making.
Manage contracts with vendor and services providers for improving efficiency and strategies to increase supply chain efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years procurement experience with a reputed housing society or engineering and construction company managing monthly procurement over 100 million rupees
Proficiency in Proficient in MS Office
Odoo based ERP and accounting software in addition to a bachelor\'s degree in Supply chain, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
