• To sell membership of the club to potential customer.
  • To ensure that they achieve their agreed Monthly sales target assigned by the management.
  • Assist potential clients in selecting their membership plans with relevance to their needs.
  • Assist in onboarding process of new members.
  • To deliver excellent customers service to all club members and non-members
  • Drive new memberships sales daily, weekly and monthly as per target assigned through multiple channels.
  • Be dedicated to providing an excellent after-service through a positive customer service approach and regular follow up
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the management

Requirements

  • BBA or MBA
  • Minimum 2 year of proven track record in Sales and Customer Services.
  • Be proficient in English language
  • Be a Self-starter and hold strong organizational skills
  • A strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
  • Be flexible in regard to club placement and club changes as per Management discretion
  • Be target focused Industry
