Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
Greet and assist callers, direct them to the appropriate department or contact
Manage scheduling of appointments, meetings, and calendars as needed
Respond to general inquiries via email or message platforms
Maintain records of calls and interactions with accuracy and confidentiality
Provide administrative support to internal teams as directed

Required Qualifications
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Confident, friendly, and professional phone presence
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and call-handling software
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a remote environment
