In this pivotal role, you will become a maestro of customer care, wielding your expertise to:

  • Oversee the after sales process—from initial departure point to client arrival at their destination.
  •  Act as the key liaison between internal teams (flight dispatch, crew planning) and external partners (brokers, hotels, catering, transport providers).
  • Coordinate and communicate any flight updates, schedule changes, and weather-related adjustments promptly.
  •  Expand and nurture both B2B and B2C customer relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
  •  Promote and develop additional luxury experiences (yachts, private villas, fine dining, exclusive events).
  • Maintain an up-to-date client database (CRM) with detailed customer preferences and insights.
  •  Proactively monitor flight statuses, handle last-minute changes, and ensure all special requests are met.

Requirements:

  •  Strong background in luxury hospitality, private aviation, or high-end travel services.
  •  Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  •  Experience working with VIP clients and a deep understanding of premium customer service.
  •  Ability to multitask and stay composed in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism / Business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills with a problem solving mindset.
  • High absorption and stress management skills.
  • 50 Mbps internet or higher to ensure smooth remote work.
  • Comfortable working EU and US shifts.
