In this role, you'll drive impactful digital marketing campaigns, managing multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement. You'll leverage your expertise to optimize strategies and deliver measurable results for top-tier clients:

  • CRM Specialist: Utilize CRM platforms like GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or HubSpot to optimize client interactions and internal workflows.
  • Email Marketing: Design and implement high-converting email campaigns using automation tools like ActiveCampaign or MailChimp to nurture leads and drive engagement.
  • Marketing Automation: Set up and manage automation processes such as funnels, triggers, and campaigns to streamline customer journeys and increase conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Cultivate and expand our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Google Ads Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize traffic and conversions.
  • SEO Strategy: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics and other tracking tools to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Content Marketing: Produce content (blogs, webinars, podcasts) tailored to specific platforms and audience needs, with a focus on conversion.
  • Visual Content Creation: Design visually appealing content (social media graphics, infographics, etc.) to support our digital marketing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven expertise across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or HubSpot (at least one CRM should be on your CV).
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms like ActiveCampaign or MailChimp.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • German is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • 50 Mbps internet speed for smooth remote work operations.
