In this role, you'll support the executive team with exceptional organizational skills, managing daily activities and contributing to strategic projects.

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: You’ll be in charge of booking and managing meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the executive team is always in sync.
  • Email Management: Implement the 4D method (delete, do, delegate, defer) to manage emails effectively, keeping communication flowing and priorities clear.
  • Social Media Savvy: Craft and schedule content, engage with followers, and enhance brand presence across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Event Planning: Oversee the planning and logistics of internal and external events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish, within budget.
  • Expense Tracking & Documentation: Maintain meticulous records, ensuring accurate expense tracking and transparency across all documentation.
  • Project Management: Utilize tools like ClickUp or Trello to organize, track, and manage projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, supporting high-level management.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), with a US accent preferred for US and Canadian clients.
  • Impeccable organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to manage both upward (executive team) and downward (cross-departmental teams).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and maintain confidentiality.
  • Engaging personality that shines through on video calls, making you a natural at communication and fostering positive relationships.
  • 50 Mbps internet speed for smooth remote work operations.
  • German is a plus, but not mandatory.
