In this position you will be responsible for:

Provide administrative and organizational support to the Human Resources Department
Maintaining employee records (digitally)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
Assist the HR team in onboarding and offboarding activities
Assist with absence tracking and reporting
Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
Assist with research for new policies and procedures
Ensure accuracy in documents, records, and data entry.
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters
Manage and address telephonic queries directed to HR
Assisting in the planning of company events

Qualifications

Ideally prior working experience in an HR department of minimum 4 years.
Very good English language skills (both verbal and written), Basic German is a plus.
