In this pivotal role, you will become a maestro of media buying, wielding your expertise to:

  • Campaign Strategy Development and Execution: Design, launch, and oversee paid media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads to drive results.
  • Performance Optimization: Regularly evaluate and adjust campaign performance to maximize ROI, fine-tuning strategies and bids as needed.
  • Market Research and Insights: Analyze market trends and identify target audiences to ensure campaigns effectively reach the intended demographic.
  • Budget Allocation and Management: Strategically distribute and manage advertising budgets across various campaigns to maximize efficiency and performance.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to produce visually compelling ad creatives that drive user engagement and conversions.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Generate in-depth reports on campaign outcomes, offering actionable insights and recommendations for further optimization.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective ad creatives, audience targeting methods, and bidding strategies.
  • Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Implement advanced targeting methods to engage specific audience segments, improving campaign relevance and impact.
  • Industry Awareness and Trends: Stay informed on the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to align campaign strategies with overall business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar discipline.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms (Certifications from GHL, Meta, and Google are a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex strategies and performance results clearly and professionally.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns.
  • 50 Mbps internet or higher to ensure smooth remote work.
  • Comfortable working EU and US shifts.
