We’re seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced full-stack developer with strong NodeJS experience who enjoys early-stage environments that provide freedom to move fast and ship new customer-facing products and features at high velocity.
Responsibilities:
- Work with leadership and other departments to understand requirements.
- Architect and develop web apps including front end and back end development.
- Execute QA testing to make sure the web app works as expected.
- Create and maintain a production environment so that customers can access the web app.
- Communicate timelines and development progress to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with support teams to address customer issues as they arise.
- Build internal tooling to make processes more efficient.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Experience developing desktop and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with common stacks.
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery).
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js).
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and UI/UX design.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Organizational skills and an analytical mind.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field.
