Senior Payroll Specialist - Quickbooks Online

We are seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing, timesheet calculations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll management and be proficient in QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:
Accurately calculate payroll using employee timesheets.
Ensure timely processing of salaries and deductions.
Maintain compliance with payroll regulations.
Financial Management:
Handle Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheets, and other financial statements.
Assist in financial reconciliation and payroll accounting.
Client & Employee Coordination:
Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
Communicate with clients regarding payroll processing and payments.

Skills Required:

Prior experience in payroll processing.
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
Basic understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a Canadian business environment.

Qualifications:

BBA/MBA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience in a BPO environment is a plus.
Ability to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (5 PM - 2 AM).
Must be able to commute to DHA Phase 8.

Salary: 50k-70k
