We are a call center based in Rawalpindi Pakistan, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team on a part-time basis during the evening shift.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs.
- Design and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen, interview, and select qualified call center agents.
- Conduct new hire orientations and training programs.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
