Position Overview:
As an SEO Specialist at Workflow Outsource, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and ensuring our brand is easily discoverable across search engines. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of implementing successful SEO strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and driving organic traffic growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to optimize website content.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content.
- Perform regular site audits to identify and address technical SEO issues.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay current with industry trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Provide recommendations for website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a successful track record of improving organic search performance.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development.
- Familiarity with local SEO strategies.
