Production Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production supervisor (DAE / Btech mechanical) at Workman's Production facility. This role requires a hands-on approach, working full-time on the production floor to oversee and improve manufacturing processes.

The Production Engineer will be responsible for ensuring optimal productivity, quality, and safety standards, troubleshooting equipment issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
