Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Management:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Manage daily posting schedules, monitor engagement, and ensure brand consistency in tone and messaging.

2. Leads Generation & Conversion:

Create and execute campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Work closely with the sales team to optimize conversion rates and nurture customer relationships.

3. Paid Ad Campaigns:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.

4. Analytics & Insights:

Utilize tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and platform analytics to monitor and analyze performance metrics.
Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.

5. Community Building:

Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a strong online community.
Organize and oversee community-driven initiatives such as Q&A sessions, polls, or contests.

6. Trend & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
