What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 10+ years in full-stack development, including web and mobile app development, with expertise in front-end, back-end, and AI technologies.
Tech Stack: Comprehensive expertise in modern tools and frameworks, such as Next.js, Nest.js, TypeScript, React, React Native, Flutter, Vue.js, and backend technologies like Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, and Laravel. Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong knowledge of AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs) and database systems (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

R&D Skills: A deep understanding of software houses, ability to innovate, and drive revenue-generating ideas.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, supervise projects, and manage resources effectively.
Communication: Strong collaboration and team-building skills.
Passion for Innovation: A desire to create unique, market-disrupting platforms that cater to global markets.

Role Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end software development for platforms targeting the U.S. market.
Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise your team to deliver excellence.
Innovation: Bring software ideas to life and explore AI-driven solutions.
Market Focus: Ensure all solutions align with U.S. market needs.
Flexibility: Initially work remotely (9 AM–6 PM PKT), with a transition to on-site as we establish an office.
