Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Truck Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient scheduling and routing of trucks, coordinating with drivers and clients, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. This is an on-site position, and we’re looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and schedule truck routes to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Communicate with drivers to provide them with accurate directions, schedules, and necessary updates.
Monitor truck locations and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with customers to confirm delivery and pick-up times.
Track and manage fleet performance, ensuring optimal efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and driver logs.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 2 to 3 years as a Truck Dispatcher in the logistics or transportation industry.
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with drivers and clients.
Proficiency in using dispatch software and tracking systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary range: PKR 50,000 to 100,000 + commissions, based on experience and expertise.
