Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage the franchise operations end-to-end in Pakistan
Recruit, train, and manage instructors/tutors to run after-school programs
Coordinate with schools and community spaces for program delivery
Plan and execute sales, outreach, and marketing campaigns (both physical & digital)
Handle finance management, petty cash, fee collection, and bookkeeping
Maintain regular communication and reports with the franchise owner
Ensure compliance with Young Engineers’ global curriculum and operational standards
Experience & Qualifications:
2–5+ years of experience in education management, business operations, or franchise handling
Prior experience working in or with private schools or educational institutes is a strong plus
Teaching, academic coordination, or training background will be highly valued
Must be fluent in English and Urdu with strong people and presentation skills
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and social media marketing
Self-starter who can operate with little supervision and manage a growing team
