We are currently seeking a talented On-Site SEO and WordPress Specialist with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. As the lead of or digital marketing department, you will be responsible for optimizing our website's on-page elements, managing our WordPress platform, and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve our online visibility and organic traffic.
Responsibilities:
- Implement on-page SEO strategies to optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structure.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for on-site optimization.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with target keywords and audience intent.
- Manage and maintain our WordPress websites, including installation, theme customization, plugin management, and security updates.
- Ensure website performance, speed, and user experience meet industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor website analytics, SEO metrics, and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to on-site SEO and WordPress functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and WordPress updates to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO best practices into website development projects.
- Provide regular reports and insights on website performance, SEO initiatives, and recommended improvements.
- Continuously optimize website content and structure based on SEO analysis and performance data.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in on-site SEO and WordPress management.
- Perfect English; Knowledge with ChatGpt
- Proven track record of improving website visibility, organic traffic, and search engine rankings.
- Expertise in WordPress website development, customization, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
