The prospective candidate must possess:
- Implement the Montessori method in the classroom to foster independent, self-directed learning in children aged 3-5 years.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
- Plan and execute developmentally appropriate activities and lessons across various subject areas, including practical life, sensorial, language, mathematics, and cultural studies.
- Observe and assess each child's progress, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs and interests.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Montessori certification or experience but not required for fresh graduates.
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of children.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create engaging learning experiences.
