We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The primary responsibility of this role is to visit the market, engage with potential customers, and book apartments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients, brokers, and real estate hubs to generate leads and promote apartment sales.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and key areas for sales growth.
- Engage with prospective buyers, understand their requirements, and offer suitable apartment options.
- Provide clients with detailed information about the properties, including pricing, features, and payment plans.
- Arrange site visits for potential buyers and provide on-site assistance.
- Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to implement sales strategies.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and close sales deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and local market trends.
