Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic real estate department in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and helping to drive the growth of our real estate market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that attract potential clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure deals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
