We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist & Limo Dispatch Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound customer support, manage real-time limo dispatch operations, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and drivers. Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and support.
  • Dispatch limo drivers efficiently, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Use dispatch software and CRM systems to track trips and update real-time statuses.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate with drivers, ensuring they follow schedules and customer requirements.
  • Recommend and upsell additional services when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, customer interactions, and dispatch logs.
  • Work in collaboration with the operations team to improve dispatch efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or limo dispatching is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with limo dispatch software (e.g., Limo Anywhere, Ground Alliance) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak hours, if required.
