We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager/Owner's Representative to lead daily operations and help scale the business to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
- Scaling the Business: Develop and implement strategies to expand Cookie House, increase revenue, and explore new market opportunities.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor team members to meet company goals, maintain a positive work environment, and ensure all employees are aligned with Cookie House's mission.
- Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring feedback, maintaining quality control, and addressing customer concerns.
- Technology Implementation: Leverage technology to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience (e.g., POS systems, online ordering, etc.).
- Financial Oversight: Manage the budget, track expenses, and work on cost-saving strategies to increase profitability.
- Marketing & Branding: Collaborate on marketing initiatives and brand development to increase store visibility and sales.
- Communication with Owner: Act as the owner's representative, ensuring that the business runs in alignment with their vision and values.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Operations, or a related field
- Proven experience in operations, preferably in the food or retail industry
- Strong technology skills and familiarity with software systems for business operations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and act on them
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Understanding of financial management and scaling strategies
- Passion for Cookie House’s mission of supporting underprivileged individuals
