Zeunex LLC specializes in GSA procurement and contract fulfillment for government and private sector clients. We’re expanding and need an HR Manager in Islamabad to help build a skilled team specializing in procurement, federal contracting, and GSA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment for roles such as Bid Managers, Pricing Analysts, and Compliance Officers, crucial to our federal contracting and GSA work.
- Develop and implement onboarding and training for talent in procurement, product/pricing research, and contract management.
- Establish HR policies and ensure compliance with federal standards and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR, especially in hiring for procurement, federal contracting, or market/product research roles.
- 5+ years in HR, including experience with specialized recruitment.
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM certification is a plus.
