- Assist in processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Perform data entry to accurately record financial information in the general ledger and other accounting systems.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
- Help with the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes by reconciling accounts and preparing adjusting entries.
- Assist in maintaining organized and accurate financial records, both electronic and physical.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or errors in financial records.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, as well as variance analysis.
- Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting department as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors for invoice-related issues and account statements.
