Chief Financial Officer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and qualified professional to join our finance team as a CFO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making, combined with a keen understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Conduct variance analysis to identify financial performance trends and provide actionable insights.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Participate in financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Manage tax reporting and compliance, including preparation of tax returns and liaising with tax authorities.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members.

Requirements:

CA (Chartered Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualified.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Financial Industry.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles (IFRS), and tax regulations.
Proficient in financial software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
