Business / Sales Support Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive female Business Coordinator & Sales Support to join our team in Lahore. This role involves handling client inquiries, scheduling meetings, closing sales via WhatsApp and voice messages, and overseeing business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to all inquiries on WhatsApp and email, schedule meetings, and close sales when possible.
Send marketing promotions via WhatsApp and email to different customer databases.
Manage and track tasks, projects, and deadlines assigned by the management.
Oversee team activities, follow up on task completion, and report any challenges.
Maintain records of customer communications and provide regular updates.
Assist in administrative tasks and ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Strong WhatsApp & email handling skills.
Proactive and detail-oriented with good follow-up ability.
Basic understanding of sales & client management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Sheets.
Experience in customer service, coordination, or sales support is preferred but not mandatory.
