My experience has equipped me with a comprehensive skill set required for effective managerial roles. I am proficient in planning, designing,controlling,directing, and executing
projects,ensuring that organizational goals are met efficiently and effectively. As a Nine years manager experience,I have always prioritized my
responsibilities,both towards myself and others. - Additionally, *1,200 women were trained in various livelihood activities, enhancing their skills and economic independence.
- The project also conducted three cycles of cash-for-work (CFW) programs, focusing on cleaning and rehabilitating the city-
wide drainage system. This initiative not only improved the infrastructure but also provided employment opportunities.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepared, organized, and documented all project activities at the provincial and national headquarters. This ensured
proper record-keeping and facilitated effective reporting to relevant stakeholders.
